Very nice detailed and beautiful book series for kids to bring the saints to life

I got Collection 1-3 for my nearly 9 yr old son. He's a reluctant reader, yet loves comics/graphic novels when I'm able to find appropriate ones for his age. He was so very excited to see these when they came in. He hugged them to his chest and went straight away to thumb through them. We started reading St. Patrick together, both enjoying the illustrations and telling of the story. I cannot express enough how happy I am with this purchase. I'm so glad I stumbled upon them as I know they will be treasured by my son for years to come. Even his twin sister is thrilled.

My kids are both reading theirs as I type. Great saint books that the kids return to over and over again during prayer time! The pictures are vivid and the stories are well told. Great variety of well know and littler known saints.

I thought this graphic novel/comic book was a wonderful way to introduce teens to several saints they might not know much about. The stories are quick, easy to follow, and highlight the amazing faith of these five individuals: St. Patrick, St. Jerome Emiliani, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, St. Henry Morse, and St. Joan of Arc. Sometimes reading a whole book on a saint or historical figure can be a little overwhelming for teens so this might be a great option.

My 12 yr old niece was baptized, but her family are not practicing Catholics. I try to find non-preachy ways to keep a "Church" connection with both my brother and my niece (his daughter). My brother said she really LIKED these books when I sent them as a Christmas gift. Apparently the "comic-book" presentation is all the rage with her school-set now, so reading them about the Saints was "fun" .... so much so she took them with her to show-off to her friends when visiting them over Christmas break. Hope they work as well for you, too.

My boys love this book (7 and 5). I catch them flippng through it on their own, and they'll also ask us to read from it. The book is engaging with wonderful illustrations. Looking forward to purchasing the rest of the series!

Kids loved it

Have purchased this whole set 3 times now... my daughter loved it first (8 years old) and we bought 2 additional sets as birthday gifts for other friends- same age.

Fantastic art and very interesting biography of the Saints. Just the right length. Not too long.

We bought several of these, and they are all fabulous! The art is superb, the stories interesting and engaging, and fun to read. All the children (and adults!) in our house love them!

Beautiful graphics and good for teenager or pre-teen. Content delivered in a captivating way.
