They don’t work
Tubes were tied and kinked, cheep junk. Tubes are short and crimped so fluid can’t flow through them, very flimsy and thin. Haven’t tried taps but one was jammed as even air didn’t flow through. Waste of time ,money, trash.

GARBAGE
They tout "eco friendly .26 in" size, then recommend people use a 5/16 drill bit which is WAY TOO LARGE. Sap can barely get through, the tubes came permanently kinked, complete waste of money and worse yet: they didn't even take the time to update the drilling instructions - causing numerous holes in our Maples with no matching taps/spiles. SAVE YOUR MONEY, buy ELSEWHERE.

Make sure you know what you are doing, these are not so forgiving for a beginner
These work very well, just make sure you drill the right size hole and don't tap too hard. These bend very easily.

Kinked hoses aren’t productive
I received my package of taps and hoses yesterday. When I opened the package all the hoses were folded inside a bag. Every hose has 2 kinks in them. I didn’t spend $20 dollars for kinked hoses. I need them to have full function when I’m tapping my trees. I’m sure the product is good if they were packed properly. I’m satisfied with the taps.

5/16 drill size is way to big for these taps.
I did not read reviews prior to purchase or I would have seen the review that said the drill bit size in the instructions was way to large.. I drilled three 5/16 tap holes and they were way to big for the tap.

Drill smaller than what they tell you. Taps were super leaky. Also the lines it comes with are junk. They are cheaply made and all kinked.
