I wish it showed more Pictures personally and Mainly looking for pruning on Spruce, Fir & pines, Lilacs, & Fruit trees need better idea but its best book i have so far only book check your local library before buying my personal opinion not saying i regret buying it at all just saying if your looking for a couple miner things you can get a book from local library at least where i live you can get it from any library in your county like theres 10 or 12 towns or so in my local county so i can get it from 12 other library or more in my country thats just a guess! Great easy to use very useful

Questions are answered in a easy format and is good for the everyday home owner - I am not a gardener and I was able to understand what was being explained to do and the illustrations are clear.

Excellent advice. Well written and illustrated. I bought it as a gift and reviewed it prior to wrapping it up. I can say this is a manual you want to keep for all your pruning needs.

This book is enjoyable to read. It is clear and nicely illustrated. Using a Question-then-Answeer approach permits it to cover a great deal of material without making it unnecessarily complicated. However, for those of us who like to take our books with us to look at or read while we work, this volume will be a little large. Unless, of course, you do your gardening in bib overalls.

Very helpful book, also durable and small which is nice to take with me on a job for reference. Easy to read and understand.
