One of the things that I look for cleaning products is efficiency. Products that tell you to apply and wait for extended periods of time are not good (unless you have a problem that you have been ignoring for extended periods) .I have used the odor and stain remover from this company, so I know they make a good product.I used this for the first time on a section of fencing in my backyard. My neighbors both overwater and overfilled their backyard, so that I have constant seepage from their property to mine. I am scared to know what their side of thePVC fence looks like, but my side is green/black and slimy.I have wiped it off to have it come back after a few days and it hasn't really gotten clean. I sprayed and wiped with this product and no problem! I actually had to clean the whole side of fence, because there was such a difference.Another application was to the shower enclosure we have in our bathrooms. Here is where the odor issue has usually gotten me with other cleaners. We use straight vinegar, but it needs to be cleaned about 2-3 times as often. We used this product and it seems to actually repel the water more and keeps it looking cleaner longer (a week as opposed to a few days).Thanks PremoGuard for a great product. The product says no bad fumes and it has low impact odor, well be ready to smell your bathroom like a week old pee. The smell is really awful and the molds remain after several tries to brush it. I used almost half of the bottle but nothing works. Don't waste your time and money on this. I arranged return of this for a refund. My full day was wasted cleaning my bathroom without positive result on removing the molds.

Works good to clean the grout in our shower. Wear gloves when using, the sprayer is junk and leaks all over. I poured it in another sprayer bottle. Smells slightly like lemon-lime soda but the smell lingers for a long time, have to ventilate and keep the doors closed. Spray on, let sit for a couple hours, hose it off. Not sure if it really soaks the grout to inhibit future growth, it hasn’t yet. After 3-4 weeks of using it.

There is nothing low odor about this product! My partner had a severe medical reaction to this and we had to spend a load of money treating her as a result. This cleaned the shower quite well, but it took my breath away and burned my throat and nose when I cleaned with it.

You won't choke to death using the spray, and it works very well on tough cleaning jobs, but if you're looking for mold removal, it takes several cleaning sessions. If you're in a hurry, use bleach.

This product cleaned the grout in my shower without the need to use bleach! What I love about this product is that it cleans as well as bleach, but is safe and natural so I can feel confident using it throughout my house with my young kids and dog around. I definitely recommend it!

I love this product because it was very effective, easy to use and got rid of the mildew/mold much better than other products I have tried. I used it to get the green mold/mildew off my deck but plan on trying it in other places because I was very pleased with the result.

I have used this product on a variety of tough stains - in the kitchen and from my dog, and I must say it gets the job done.
