In an audio recording studio, it is vital to have high-quality speakers with accurate low, mid, and high frequency response. I was amazed when I connected these Amazon Basic speakers to my TV; these speakers are comparable to those costing 2-3 times more!Note, these speakers require an unused headphone (or speaker output) and USB connection on your device. If your application doesn’t have a spare USB port, make sure you purchase a quality Amazon USB Power Adapter (i.e. LUOATIP brand). Before connecting, turn off your TV, Computer, etc. Carefully unwrap the speakers, using caution to separate the wiring and plugs. Connect the speaker and USB plug. Turn on the system, select Settings, Audio; then enable Surround Sound if applicable. Adjust the sound Low, Mid, and High frequency levels to your liking. I usually set Low to 60%, Mid to 50%, and High to 75%. For enhanced listening, position the front of the speakers at a 45 degree angle outward on each side to provide the best surround effect. IMPORTANT: Once you connect these speakers, place a non-slip pad (i.e. thin rubber, or double stick tape, etc.) underneath each speaker to prevent vibration movement on the TV platform. Enjoy… ~ S

Great little set of speakers for our son's PC. Just needed something that would quickly plug and play so he could do his assignments. Setup was very easy. No sub was included so we weren't expecting full deep sound but the overall quality is nice. Sound is clear. The cords are long enough they can be routed around your device and out of the way. Very functional. They can get pretty loud, well louder than expected, which is also nice. Speakers connect by USB and 3.5mm jack. Overall a good buy if you just need something simple to give you sound

Other customers complained about the length of the wire connecting the speakers, the volume control being out of reach, the lights that stay on all the time, the packaging, and the sound quality. All I can say is, I don't have a problem with any of these things. I don't need the speakers to be on opposite sides of the room, just opposite sides of the monitor. The way I have my desk set up, I can reach the volume control just fine. If I don't want the lights on, I unplug the USB connector. I did not find the packaging to be unusually challenging. And these are really very decent speakers for the price. Are people expecting BOSE speaker quality for under $20? Come on.I have an older model refurbished HP PC and the only problem I had was when I plugged the cable connector into the headphone jack, the speakers didn't work. I peeled the USB and cable connector wires apart, plugged the USB in the front of the machine and the cable connector into the audio jack on the back and they work. I'm glad there's no software. All they require the user to do is to go into the system settings and choose the speakers as the default speakers. They sound a lot better than the sound that comes out of the PC. I've been using them for 1 week and I'm very happy with them.

Seems good so far. Spent like 20 minutes wondering why they weren't working when I plugged them in despite my PC recognizing them, and the sound settings were showing the audio going up and down. Note that there is a volume knob on the cord, it was turned all the way down so I couldn't hear anything so if they aren't working, make sure to check that first, and update the drivers through the control panel.Audio quality isn't insanely good, but it's not bad either. It does the job especially considering how cheap these are.Note that this review is being given not even 10 minutes after getting them to work.

Best speakers I have bought for my pc ever. They are quite small so looks are very deceiving. Got to tell you these things are designed almost perfect and the quality is great! The fact they are very low on cost and this great makes it a no brainer. I game and do work and these are great for either and the size makes it easy to move around where needed. Careful though they are very loud!

I don't usually review my Amazon purchases, but I love these speakers so much I just had to! For one thing, they are small, and ergonomic. They easily fit under my monitor. Second, they sound great for such small speakers. They're perfect for most applications including gaming. The only niggle I have about them is the volume control is a slider switch attached to the audio wire. Not a big deal as once I have the voume set the way I like I never touch it. I would have preferred to have the volume control on one of the speakers itself, but like I said this is a minor thing. This is my second pair that I've bought and I would definitely recommend them. Also the price can't be beat!!!
