I was serving in Germany when this band came out big!! Loved their sound. And this particular song comes directly from psalms, word for word. Two psalms; I have forgotten the numbers but 117 sounds familiar. The male vocal is a few earlier. Check it out, it may get you reading your King James again. It did me. Old Army Sergeant. Retired.

I always liked # 1 Band with ABBA back in late 70s and 80's in Europe, this is a gift for my friend who love this band and never was exposed to this music before.

I WANTED THE iNSTRUMENTAL VERSION; I GOT A VOCAL VERSION; NOT WHAT I EXPECTED.THE ONE I LISTENED TO ON U-TUBE WAS PLAYED ON AN ORGAN. I LIKED THE RELAXING SOUND; EASY LISTENING.

I LOVE THIS SONG, I HAD TO HAVE THE CD..HEARD THIS SONG YEARS AGO, REMEMBERED MY HIGH SCHOOL DAYS.. THANK YOU!!~~

The title song was great but too many of the other songs were not to my liking--especially the Ma Barker song.

They never fail to please, excellent content, packaging and all it needed was Royal Mail. Can’t have everything !!

I am not a Boney M aficianado, though being a baby-boomer I like 1970s and similar music, and particularly the syncopated rhythms that often arise with Boney M. While many of these tracks have a similar style, this is an excellent CD.P.S. One of my friends tells me that the secret of how the deep bass voice (which blends very well with the female voices) emerges from such an elfin, almost effeminate, man as appears in the group is that the bass is from a wholly different person (a German male DJ?) and that the group mimed to the recording when they performed in public. If so, quite amusing, and indeed very inventive: does not alter the enjoyment that their recorded output brings.
