( ineo USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type C Tool-Less M.2 ) This super fast Enclosuer for SSD , head to head with Samsung T5 drive if you have better M2SSD installed , I had a issue but I was able to resolve with help of seller , if you are using Mac OS Sierra please not to update any security patch from Apple this will work like super car , one of Apple security update blocking this drive also if you update to new version mean even you have moved towards Mac OS HIGH Sierra or new version this drive will not work , ( Apple Security Patches also blocking Sea gate drives + WD and more ) because if update OS its basically never remove older Security Patch from OS , It took me 16 hours to find the issue , now I am running Mac OS High Sierra with out any security update and this drive is working fine ,( I have to install Mac OS High Sierra using Bootable USB ) at the moment APPle did release new security patch which address blocked I/O devices but its not true , its like when ever apple try to fix any IOS version they always mess few services . Fell free to buy if you are windows user , but for Mac users, make sure not to update security patches over Mac OS Sierra.thanks

I was skeptic when I bought this for my WD BLUE 3d NAND SATA SSD M.2 2280 - 500GB. Because the WD drive has the M+B keys (little notches in the connection end). The Enclosure only has a single M notch pictured. However, it works fine. You do have to add the Drive via the Computer Management/Storage/Disk Management. After that you can plug and unplug it at will. I am using this as a game drive for my Steam Library.

Unlike another model, this unit permits an almost instantaneous mounting of the memory card onto the supporting structure. No need to fiddle around with screws or supporting flanges. Only drawback is the unit is a bit thicker, as it uses a clamshell to hold the memory card onto the support. So if thickness is not an issue, it's superb.

Got this for work purposes and I really like it. It has worked great so far without issue.

I've been using this SSD Enclosure for several weeks and I love it. I have some USB-C female to USB-A male adapters so I can use it in my USB-C port on my laptop or in my USB hub on my desktop .

I've tried a number of M.2 to USB driver enclosures/adapters/converters with little success. This one is light, compact, secure and easy to install. The controller card built into this works with Windows systems without a single problem. I did not test it on a Unix system.

I liked how easy to use the product was. Easy to setup amd very user friendly. Loved how fast it was

I really like the tool-less design. I inserted a drive and connected it to my laptop and it had no issues. Recommend this item for anyone.
