This stuff helps when I get backed up. I mix it into coffee or juice or oatmeal and it is barely noticeable. If I really need help, I can add Miralax to the mixture and get things going. By mixing it into a liquid it encourages me to drink more fluids, which also helps my digestion. This doesn't give me gas like other sources of fiber do.

I was struggling to find a kid friendly fiber supplement that wasn’t a gummy. Gummy vitamins are terrible for their teeth. This one is great for kids and adults. My son loves them so much he looks forward to his vitamins. They’re the chalky texture you’d expect but with a good flavor. They work well and they’re a good price. Will continue to purchase these.
