Everything I needed to complete my course. Arrived on time and in great condition.

The book is easy to read and having a key terms and objectives section at the beginning of each chapter is helpful. Just wish they would give answers to the questions posed and the other situations outlined in each chapter. It would be very beneficial for the authors to have the benefit of reading the discussion of others. Felt a little confused as to the clarification on each subject.

I didn't really use this text book at all for class. Some writing inside it, but overall ok shape. Would get the job done for any class if they actually used it.

I doubt they could have found a more beat up, damaged book to send me. I expected 'used quality, not looking for perfection, but gee - it embodies 'the dog ate my homework.'
