Very easy to use and the little animals or cones with are super cute. My girls love using them and it makes it a little more fun to do our daily journal when they get to pick which "mascot" they're using for the day. I also use the animals to praise their work and encourage them. My girls are 5 years old. I bought these top help remind them of how to hold the pencil, cushion for the fingers and the fun animals. Great product.

I got these to help my child learn to use a pencil. He is 6 with Autism and these are difficult for him to understand but that's part of the learning process. So far they seem strong but I have not fully started using them yet I got them for school which starts up soon here. The Little animals are cute but they distract my child and he don't want to learn how to use the grip so I put them away. So far i'm Satisfied I cant make a proper review until I've used them long term. Due to the pandemic, I found myself homeschooling a kindergartener since I didn’t see how he could learn through a virtual classroom like his older siblings (since Kindergarten is more hands on learning). One of the biggest obstacles we came upon was the way he held his pencil, yet I couldn’t figure out for the life of me how to “show” or teach him the correct way to hold it. That’s when I found these....It took a little getting used to for both of us, but it took him 2-3 days of using one of these to not need it anymore while still maintaining the correct pencil holding technique. However, he asks for one of these every now and again bc he said it’s more comfy to write with this on the pencil than without (it acts as a cushion of sorts as well).Because I had so much success with him, I decided to let me older kids (14 & 10) use them as well......I realized they weren’t taught the correct way to hold their pencil either and it helped both of them as well! So this is perfect for all ages!If you are thinking about this or think it could help in the future, go ahead and spend the $6....trust me when I say it has saved a lot of time and headache with our homeschool adventure.

I bought this in July. The picture showed they came with three little cute animal things, but I didn’t received them. I don’t know whether those were not included or they forgot to send me those. Didn’t want to bother with returns, so I kept it. Anyway, quality is good, works with most pencils(maybe a little tight or a little loose).

Works well for my left handed toddler. We purchased these in efforts to help with him improve with his fine motor skills. Within minutes he was holding his pencil by himself. He’s using the “my first” Ticonderoga pencil. I think these are made for standard pencils. I managed to get the pencil grip on the wide pencil but it wasn’t easy! I had to roll it on with some force. Overall the cost and effort was totally worth it.

I love the way these feel and work!Literally as soon as I put these on my children's (4yr&6yr) pencils there was huge improvement on detail of drawing and in their penmanship. And what is even better is no more -"momma my fingers hurt" from improperly and too tightly gripping the pencil! I'm very impressed and wish I had found these sooner.Seriously y'all, do yourself a favor and try these for your children!!!

I actually purchased these for myself to help retrain my muscles while learning how to write again. I suffer from Radial Nerve Palsy and lost function of my dominant hand and all feeling in my thumb and first two fingers. These grips were a huge help in keeping proper finger placement to assist in regaining muscle strength. I am on the smaller side for an adult and they fit my fingers just fine. These would be great for kids learning to write or for anyone with disabilities needing assistance. The animals are a super cute addition as well!
