Can't get food out of the mold
I purchased this so we could make tartufo ice cream balls at home. It is very difficult to keep ice cream in a smooth shape and nearly impossible to get it out without damaging the balls. Used once. Wouldn't recommend.

The challenges for this mould
To make this Moulding work n easy to take out the mousse or cakes without damaging them is by cuttings the top edges of the mould.
