I wrote a review on receiving this item, explaining it is not soft and cushy as described and would not be using. I also added that it was not recommended. I then received an email from seller asking me to remove rating for a free mattress topper which I ignored. I have no idea where that review has gone but was asked again today to review. Extremely disappointed Amazon seems to have removed my original review which was a true reflection. I always try to be honest to help other buyers.. I still have the email asking me to withdraw feedback for a free mattress topper.

Terrible, poor quality mattress
We bought this mattress for or toddlers new bed but it only lasted a couple of weeks.It is basically a nice looking cover with a horrible, cheap bit of foam in the middle. There is no memory to the foam so very quickly it sagged terribly and left our child uncomfortable, and sleepless. The mattress ended up with a massive permanent dip in it.The seller wouldn't issue a refund, so we had to dispose of it, and buy a new one.A spring one this time and its great.

Quilted waterproof fabric excellent product
Amazing mattress, delivered within 2 days, just had to leave open in a room with some air as instructed. no springs mean no hollow spaces for dust mites and bed bugs. It was a present for my nephew and he's happy.Thank you

You can sleep well on it
Very nice and comortable mattress. It fits just perfectly into our house bed frame

I would not buy again
Lured in by a good deal - should have known better! Measurements all wrong so now have an almost 10cm gap at the foot of my daughters bed. Smells like chemicals. Delivered rolled up so taking an age to flatten out. So disappointed. Really wish I’d spent the extra £20 and got a better quality one.

Comfortable matress and great customer service
It's a great matress, feels very comfy. My 2 year old son likes it.Had initially small issue with the product, but customer service was brilliant and resolved the issue quickly.
