I have been taking this for the last 4 days and have noticed such a difference in myself. I’m not a person to leave many reviews even though I depend on them for just about every purchase I make, so I had to come and share my experience. Complete change. 4 days, I have been taking 1 capsule before bed with a bottle of water and completely different person. New attitude. I’m happier, I’m not always tired and cranky. Even my boyfriend has noticed a change. The bloating is nearly gone. I have more energy, my cravings are gone and I feel fantastic. I highly recommend this to everyone. I haven’t been taking it long enough to vouch for weight lose, but it will help detoxify your system.

I have been using another brand of triphala for three years. In the last year I noticed I had to double the amount to get the same results so I decided to try a different brand. I took one pill (30 minutes before I ate) the morning after I received my purchase. Later that day I could feel it working through my intestines. In a good way. Like yay things are moving along! 24 hours after taking just one pill I used the bathroom and felt less bloated and less full, more cleared out. I hope I continue to have this kind of result!

This supplement has been a blessing! I usually go 3-5 days without having a BM. I started taking these and after a week I was good to go!! I'm very regular now and it doesn't give me the runs or cramps. Will definitely buy again. Great price too!!

When doing research about holistic healing, this herb comes up. It helps you digest food and helps with bowel movements. I have been taking Triphala for about 2 weeks and I have seen a difference. The results were not immediate. For me, it took a few days and consistency in taking it. But you will have positive results. I have not had stomach pain or constipation. My bowel movements are more regular. It definitely promotes balance with digestion. I am happy I found this remedy!

These gently eased my body into being able to eliminate more than previously experienced and that's a good feeling. I had no previous constipation, in case someone was wondering, but I felt that I needed to clean out my gut from time to time and one of these a day has done that. Much better than having to do a cleanse, though there are those out there who would be horrified to have someone say this as there are devotees of a cleanse. I do not like taking pills so this was a sacrifice for me, but one a day has been easy and the payoff is good.
