I ordered this item to help aid my physio following from knee surgery. I needed a treadmill with a slow start up speed so when I saw this one with the advertised speed range of 0.3km/h to 12.8 km/h and thought great that’s just what I want. Don’t be fooled by the details on the page though. There are a number of incorrect details on this page misleading customers.1. The speed. The speed is advertised as 0.3km/h to 12.8km/h. When I received the treadmill and set it up I noticed that the manual stated the minimum speed of the machine was 1km/h. A far cry from the advertised speed. I thought O.K it must be a typo. Nope. Switched the machine on and it is indeed 1km/h.2. Not only is the speed incorrectly advertised I also believe it is not calibrated as it should be. I’m recovering from knee surgery and I’m able to walk at 12.8km/h. I struggle on 6km/h at the gym. I understand the difference in machines but surely the speed should still be the same.3. The size of the running area is also mis-advertised. The seller states the ‘running surface (1000 x 400 mm)’ it is actually 1000 x 385 mm. I know its not a huge difference however it is still not as advertised and since it is a small area anyway the 1.5cm discrepancy does make a difference.4. I also have concerns about the 2.0HP motor however I do not want to risk opening the cover as yet however I could feel the heat after just ten minutes use. It is also not whisper quiet the treadmill ahs a whistle to it when switched on.I also have a few concerns regarding the safety of this item.1. During assembly you have to attach the transport wheel to the back of the base. The board is held up by a small pin you insert yourself. During this assembly stage the board went to fall down and caught me on the head. I’m not sure why this does not have anything on it in order to slow the speed of the falling board.2. There are a few places that fingers can get trapped during assembly especially when trying to attach the monitor to the frame. This was not an easy task as the allen key provided is extremely long and cannot be turned easily in the tight space given for the bolt.3. During the first use of the machine a bolt fell down from underneath the monitor onto the running area and flew off the back of the treadmill. I had checked all bolts for the monitor were secure prior to use.4. The bolt at the bottom of the frame arm is already pre-installed. This bolt was extremely loose and could be pulled in and out of the frame. The allen key provided was not the right size to secure this back in place.5. It has a CE certificate sticker so I have requested a copy of this form Amazon as I have some serious concerns regarding this item. Especially when showing it to a friend, they couldn’t believe how this is advertised compared to the specs you receive.The delivery and communication from the seller was also poor. It was not a great start. No communication received to state the item was out for delivery. I tried to track the item and it stated I had missed a delivery attempt. I had no card left, no call nothing. I contacted the supplier who sent a really vague message back telling me to wait 48 hours. 2 hours later I had a call from the driver to say he was at my property. Who can wait in for a week on the off chance a driver may show up with an item? It’s a large item, I would have thought a date for delivery would have been scheduled prior to the driver turning up at my house.It was agreed the item would be left safe at the side of my property. The box was immaculate however the item had a dent in the side of the frame suggesting it had been dispatched in this condition.The item also has some random holes in the frame arms and base. They are threaded so I’m unsure what the purpose of these may be but it makes the item look cheaper than it is.The instructions are hard to follow as the translations are not great. Similar to the warning stickers on the item.I cannot see this item lasting more than a month, I guess you get what you pay for. I don’t think the seller is bothered as they have not responded to the emails Amazon have sent on my behalf regarding returning the item.I felt the need to right this in-depth review and include pictures as I feel I was duped by the positive reviews and status on Amazon. I am utterly disappointed by this machine and the fact that Amazon allow sellers to mis advertise information the way this seller has.The seller does not like the fact that my review shows the item for what it is and keeps removing it.

Best treadmillThere’s nothing that I dislike about the treadmill, with the treadmill being at that price it’s quite good. I’ve had a treadmill before and had to sell it because lack of moving flats, so decided to buy a compact one, which fits nicely in my livingroom.You won’t be disappointed, do bare in mind don’t expect excellence from it, as it’s aay cheaper than the gym versionWould recommend to family and friends.Running belt is wide enough to run and walk on.

It's great - many different speeds to choose from, fairly easy to assemble and fits into a reasonably amll space. I choose whether to do 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes on it, varying the speed, so it fits into my scgheule,which is flexible, very well.

Had to replace my Reebok i-run as it broke. So opted for this machine. I don't want anything too complicated all I am doing on it is walking really.Positives are easy to ensemble. Easy to use. Doesn't take up much room. Not too loud.Downsides are the screen and hand rales are quite low down making it harder to run/walk with a straight back. That's basically who I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5.

it arrived with the box torn in half. the pin that holds it in its folded form was bent. the buttons for program and mode dont do anything. pressing them does nothing. the handles that you hold to check your heart rate are also fake. they do nothing. turning the treadmill on and not even running on it, it shows some random number for a heart rate. is it detecting a ghost or something? the poorly translated instructions tell you to simply lift the belt and place lube under the middle, but you cant reach that far. so you can only lube up the sides. the seam where the belt was stuck together isnt flush either.the weight limit advertised is false.the speed is false.the size of the belt is false.tried running on it and even at max setting its struggle with me stepping on the belt. so the belt skips and pulls me backwards off the machine.

Does what it should. Basic treadmill with few bells and whistles but only being used to run on. Is on an incline of what appears to be around 4% which you can’t change, would have been helpful to know this before purchase, I just assumed you would be able to lower it but it doesn’t seem like you can.

Good value for money. Was put together in minutes, would recommend xx
