I finally ended up in choosing a big powerful one as cleaning get priority over space in my view.IN THE BOX=========>> Instruction manual came along but didn't have much in-depth information so am trying to give as much as information possible in this review and in pictures and videos.>> The Vacuum Cleaner was a stainless steel drum type one as shown in the picture.>> The drum is a large 25L top quality stainless steel drum that is rust and corrosion resistant and not heavy, can effectively hold a large amount of liquid of dirt. Biggest capacity in this category.>> The lid of the drum can be opened by removing the 2 red latches on the sides, the lid hold the motor surrounded by a hard sponge filer.>> Once the lid is removed, you will find the washable reusable MIF filter, which is a large bag that prevents fine dirt from getting sucked into the motor and keep the dirt and debris within the drum.>> The accessories shown in the picture were inside the drum.>> Accessory 1: 2 long tubes (2 ft each) that can be attached to the hose end for long reach like ceiling, under bed etc.>> Accessory 2: 1 Crevice brush that can be folded for reaching narrow areas, cleaning edges, fans, window sliders, etc>> Accessory 3: 1 Wet and Dry Clean combo sweeping flat brush. This one has brush in the front with slits for dirt to pass through and rubberized stopped at the back so dirt and liquid spills are cleaned and sucked effectively, also has a roller to ensure the brush and rubber pad is not bent on pressing on the floor or any surface. Picture should give you a better idea.>> Accessory 4: 1 large and long hose (7 ft) with a curved nozzle. Do not remove the curved nozzle, you can attach the long hose or crevice tool or the flat brush to this curved nozzle.>> Since the curved hose end is of standard size, other brands accessories might also fit.POWER======>> The motor is a 1600W COPPER motor, the highest in this category and copper long life. Warranty is 2 yrs.>> The motor power supply is 220-240 and has an auto-cutoff in case there is a power surge.>> The wire length is 11 ft, so cleaning a 12*12 room is easy. Though with extension tube, hose and wire length it cna reach around 22 ft, there will be furniture in the house, so it's good to use an extension box for very large room>> The suction power is 175 AW (Air Watts), the highest in this category. This is the main reason i bought this vacuum.>> But with 1600W powerful industrial grade motor the noise level is high which i did expect. Lower noise vacuums don't have a power motor and powerful suction. So there is a tradeoff which needs to be decided and I chose higher suction power over noise levels.MY CLEANING EXPERIENCE======================>> It vacuumed almost everything, except for very sticky dirt. Cleaned almost every nook and corners of my home.>> The flat brush accessory can be attached to the end of the curved end of the hose or to the long pipes. The flat brush accessory can be used to clean floor, ceiling, wall, above wardrobe, below wardrobe, under furniture.And it the right accessory to clean liquids spills or wet floor, the rubberized stopped ensure the liquid is not left behind. But do the vacuum a bit slow for best results.This accessory is great for carpets too, as the front end of the brush has strong bristles which nudges the dirt in the carpet, the vacuum hole in the middle sucks the dirt, and the rubberized stopper in the back end of the flat bush ensures the dirt does not get slipped through.>> The crevice tool can also fit onto the curved end of the hose or to the long pipes. The crevice tool has a flip type brush. Use the brush end for cleaning fans, edges of furniture, or any surface that need a nudge on the hard dirt sticking. If you dust to not sticking and if it can be easily sucked, flip down the crevice tool and do the vacuum.>> I was able to clean almost all are of the my house and i was able to reach and clean area which weren't possible with a broom. I had a low lying cot and lifting the heavy cot is almost impossible, and with the long hose pipes i was able to vacuum a good amount of dirt (see video) on the amount of dirt collected.>> With the 2 long hose pipes alone i as able to clean area which were difficult to reach, especially ceiling.>> Without any accessory, just with the hose alone it was a good to clean the gaps between sofas, beds, etc.>> It does pick up hairs as well as heavy objects like clips.MY PERSPECTIVE==============With powerful suction force of 175AW, 1600W COPPER motor, large 25L drum, multipurpose cleaning of dirt, debris and liquid, reusable and washable MIF filter, easily movable with large wheels and light weight unit, and with a cleaning ability on any surface, i love this Balzano Wet & Dry Vacuum Cleaner.Though initially my family weren't happy with the loud noise it makes, looking the dirt collected they became satisfied as a clean home is a good feel. Overall a worthy buy in my view if loudness is not an issue.

I was really confused as to which vacuum cleaner is best. I searched in Amazon and got a big list of result, maximum were from Bosch, but the reviews fairly revealed that they are no good. Hence, I kept searching till I got this product, it was a bit costly but seem to have best functionality and quality. Hence, I took the chance, ordered it, and I want you all to know that this really is a massive beast. It has tremendous suction power and also it does not get heated. Ease to use, with wheels, long pipe. a dust bag which can be washed and can be used 'n' number of times. So there is no need to buy extra bags post purchasing the vacuum cleaner.After the purchase, the company called me and even sent me a whatsapp message, which stated that if you have any issues with the product then kindly get in touch with us via whatsapp which is just amazing. Such an awesome service and customer relationship maintenance . I love this product and would recommend you all to purchase this. I know its a bit costly but yes you are getting something of really great quality which will be durable for long use.

Delivery was prompt, paking was good, no extra dust bags and operating manual is very brief.I do not know how to use the same for wet cleaning. Do I remove the sponge OR non woven bag for wet cleaning, please advise.Performance quality will be reviewed later upon actual usage.Amazon to revert back on my query for procedure of wet cleaning immediately.Customer service has promptly reverted back with due help from technical side.Workmanship and Finishing of Product is very good, motor is very sound powerful.

Guys after buying company people ll call you and they will tell to put positive review and watsap the screenshot to get gift worth 1000...all the positive reviews are like this only.. I think and buy dont blindly follow reviews.

It was just shocking, one of my employee fainted while using this product first time. It's purely made in China, no near or far touch to Italy except the name.And experience was out of the world , Just Shockk...ing.Thanks to God it was dry usage only. Return request placed immediately.

Never buy a vaccum cleaner of any brand.Better use a broom stick.Vaccum cleaner has so many disadvantages.It requires more time,not easy to handle as a broom stick,hard sound disterbing the neibhours also,more chargs for electricity.This is not a magic machine as we dream.This is good to clean only for sofa bed,Key board and the books kept out side the almara.

i bought american micronic for home it is very good and then i bought balzano wet 25 litrecompare to american micronic price is 1300 cheaperwhen i bought 7380 thatnow they reduced 6680 somthingbut this product is 6000 american micronic looks high brandbut 2 wheels are smallbalzanowheel moving is bestbut accessories 3 onlybut that american is 5as less price less accessoriesboth are same qualitydust bag is outer fit in americanthat is fixed in balzano is insideeasy handlingeady fittingeasy usagevalue for money

Suction power is not good, noisy, cannot keep on more than 12-15 mins, heats immediately.They contacted me after this review and promised that, they will replace the motor and in return, wanted me to take back the review...but that never happened hence updating the review.They called me again...and again assured motor replacement 3-4 months ago...but again that never happened.
