Excellent Bipod; Tremendous Value for Your Money; Amazing Company
Without a doubt my TipTop bipod is as good as any sub $200-dollar bipod I have EVER touched. The fit and function are spot on. It’s tight where it needs to be tight and smooth where it needs to be smooth. The legs unfold securely and say, “I am here, lean on me.” The legs extend smoothly and retract with a snap that says, “Mission complete, time to RTB.” There is NOTHING to dislike about this bipod. I’m going to be putting it through the paces soon. I can tell you though, that the quality is quite evident. If you are struggling with not really wanting to buy a bipod that costs as much as your trigger or barrel or BCG, yet you don’t want to waste your money on a $30.00 piece of junk, (Because it is a waste of your money), then struggle no more. You have found the answer. It’s the TipTop bipod. I have the Series IX EZ Pivot Pan and Zoom (SKU# 94676) on my SPR and I could not, I repeat could NOT be happier. Another point, is that this bipod, this specific model comes with the picatinny adapter. Most other bipods you have the purchase that EXTRA. More money on top of an already expensive item. Why do you have to purchase the mount separately? This isn’t a scope, it’s a bipod. It attaches to a rail. Period.Oh and sorry about the pics - I have no idea why they don't appear as they do on my laptop and phone. I asked the community for help once, but the guy started going off on my about my purchases rather than helping me resolve my technical problem. Last time I'll ever do that - you'll just have to pick up your screen and turn it sideways. ;-)GBRoTAs soon as this review posts, I will post the 4 month follow up review,

solid bipod for picatinny systems
Bought this for my father's Keltec RFB since he wanted a bipod. He also expressed an interest in a quick disconnect system, but it wasn't a priority. After mulling over the tried and true Harris Bipod, I finally arrived at this, the TipTop Tactical Rifle Bipod. Seeing as how it seemingly offered the same features as a Harris with a quick disconnect at roughly half the price, I took the gamble and it turned out to be worth it.Let's be real. Most people aren't going into combat with their firearms, and if you are going into competitive/long range shooting, you will probably be willing to drop a lot more money. Most people are just looking for a bipod that will hold up at the range. This bipod does that with ease, and then some.First off, the quick disconnect picatinny mount is very short, which was a plus since the quad rail on my father's RFB was also very short. The QD mount feels very solid, or at least solid enough we will never have problems with it. The legs are held up with decent tension and in no way feel loose. They spring out in the fullest sense of the word, the springs are solid. On the RFB, the legs are actually able to fold backwards under the handguard when using the official 3 inch quad rail. It's surprisingly comfortable to hold. The bipod could be mounted the other way just as easily, but then the legs would be extending past the muzzle, which isn't a problem but maybe a concern for some. The bipod also has a swivel stud but we do not make use of it, so no comments can be made there. The feet extend out and have the ability to be locked into place at their fullest extension, using a quick button on each leg to retract the extension back in, or alternatively, a knob that can tighten down on the leg at any arbitrary position. I've banged the bipod around and if you tighten it correctly, the legs will never give. The bipod has the ability to pan (yaw) and swivel (roll). (Can I just point out for a second the ridiculous amount of different words we have to describe the same rotation? I mean pan, yaw, and swivel can all be used interchangeably, it's just confusing.) There is a lever located on the opposite side of the way the legs fold up that serves to tighten and lock both the pan and the swivel. Keep in mind this means you can't lock just the pan or just the swivel, it has to be both. It has a lever arm making it quite easy to adjust.I MUST NOTE that the lever arm was initially too loose, meaning even when manually tightened as far as could go when mounted to the RFB, one could still get the bipod to pan and swivel with some force. This can be fixed by removing the nut on top of the lever, removing the lever, and then tightening the nut underneath that lever a bit, essentially making the 'initial' tightness greater. After this, I could hand crank the lever down and could not move the bipod without great force while still being able to loosen it enough to freely move. Because of the hassle of getting the right tightness and just physical constraints of how the lever arm can move on the rifle, I had to dock a star. After using this bipod, it's hard to recommend a Harris, especially for a rifle with a picatinny system. I just personally feel this bipod does everything the Harris Bipod does for less money.

Biggest bang for the buck!!
Outstanding. No special adapters!! I can buy 3.5 of these for the price of one atlas bipod!! this is a very robust unit! actually better than a Harris! this is the best bipod i own and i own them all!!! anyone want to buy the others? cuz im getting a few more of these!!!! I put this one on my Ruger RPR, next ill get two my AR Rifles!! The legs do adjust up and down by use of the thumb screws so you have infinite adjustability on uneven ground, the lever at the rear near your off hand levers easy and allows for panning and tilt and tention is adjustable. another guy stated there is only two settings down- open and up-closed, but thats not true the thumb knobs hold great anywheres along the length. they are not just locking knobs..

I purchased this bipod in December of 2016. It's seen light use but has held up until today January 20th to 2018 when I attempted to attach it to my rail. The end of the bolt snapped off when I was closing the cam. It was adjusted for proper tension as I've removed and reattached this bipod a few times. At $85 I believe the bolt should have a higher load rating and Shear strength! I've contacted Peleton Technologies for a replacement of the bolt and cam, or entire bipod. Will report back upon returned comments.UPDATE: Peleton was willing to replace the pin and cam bolt at no charge and arns an extra at no charge! Even after their product warrenty was up! I would recommend their product to anyone looking for an option packed product. I have bought 3 of these bipods.
