Unable to put zero star
Always stays at a minimum angle. Cannot make totally flat with lever which was not mentioned in product description. So requirement is not met. Cannot return. Became another junk waiting for kawariwala to pick up.

What happened I have received only this metal angle where are the other spare parts to fix it

Useless product
This product is totally useless as it's not retractable to a flat position when not in use. Moreover as they don't have a return/ refund policy it has become a garbage now.

Worst product.
When I first time use/operate the back support during lifting both tie rod bend and inoperative. In each and every use such problem is repeating. Both tie rod thickness are not same. It is very heavy and difficult to use. Company is not giving the return facility. It is very worst product..

Not optimum replacement for reclining bed
It reminds 14 inches inclined one side.It locks at begning point so have to lift manually a bit and then turn crank..
