These are very easy to swallow and have no bad smell or flavor. They are a great product and I appreciate a higher dosage amount in two capsules vs having to take 6+ of smaller dosage capsules. I am not happy because the think that seals the bottle came off very easily. It was like barely sticking to the bottle.

I am taking this supplement instead of taking Metformin for PCOS. I guess it did what it was supposed to do.
