L Carnosine is a amino acid naturally produced by the body. It has a long list of things it do in the body. So you can buy it as a supplement as I did. Further research later stated it helps but to is better and more effective is produced by the body via hormone called Beta Alanine. This is a powder best taken mixed in a liquid. Story is as a powder it has to transform and in doing so does more for you and the finished product is then in your system. As a supplement it was said it had to be broken down and be distributed which was less effective. SO I am fairly new to amino acids as supplements. I am taking L Carnosine and we'll see how this works out. I'll be researching more to get definitive answers about all this. In the interim jut know this does help in your system.

Great product

This is worth taking at one a day, for most people. Good research is out there regarding this and it does seem to help with stamina.

L-Carnosine is great for regulating sugar and preventing glycosylation of your cells where sugar and protein abnormally bind together and that is very dangerous. Paradise Herbs are clean and have no fillers. Also great for complexion and lessening of wrinkles.

They do not offer returns and I reacted differently to this version than I did others.
