 It's almost impossible to find little backpacks for little children that actually fit their papers. I was so excited to find these backpacks, but based on the mixed reviews about folders fitting, I figured I'd take the risk and see for myself. A 9 1/4 x 11 5/8 folder does fit, but the top corners have to bend slightly. The backpack is tall enough, but it narrows where those top corners are, so they don't fit in there perfectly. We are keeping it and my 4 yo daughter was squealing with excitement. And we love the patterns! She was happy to pick out her favorite one.

My daughter loves this bag. It could be just a little taller as it won’t fit a folder without bending the corners. It will fit a regular size paper. I will take that over a huge backpack for a 5 year old. Bought for kindergarten. Like the different pockets and the water bottle pocket.

I bought three backpacks to see which would meet my needs of carrying a folder and sippy cup to my son’s Mother’s Day out program. This was the winner based on being able to zip it up without having to fumble with the folder much at all. A slender sippy cup does go in the side pocket, although not as easily as the others I ordered. If this one wears out I expect to buy again until my toddler is ready to wear a larger backpack.

My 3 yo son is 39-40 inches and weighs ~30 lbs. This fits him perfectly. Doesn't hang too low, isn't too small, and holds just the right amount of fun stuff. He doesn't go to school/preschool, so I don't know how it fits that kind of stuff. It's perfect for him to carry around snacks, a drink, a million little pj mask and paw patrol figures and have room to spare. We got the dino print and it is cute as a dang button.

This backpack is great for a preschooler. It does hold a folder, but it is a tight fit. It is pretty light weight and perfect for my 2 year old for school. I expect this bag will last a few years with light use. My daughter goes to school 2 days a week only and this is perfect. I would not get this for a child any older than preschool and I'm not sure how well it would hold up to more constant use. I am very satisfied with this bag for what we need it for.

Super cute! I'm using this as a diaper bag for my 2 year old all i wanted to do was put a few diapers and wipes in it and a change of clothes.. This bag fits all of that with ease and I'm able to throw some pacies in the front pocket and a sippy cup on each side. Very happy with this bag and i can even wear it!!!

I just received this backpack in preparation for the upcoming school year for my son entering kindergarten. I can't speak to its durability or actual use yet, but at first glance, it's good quality, a really cute design, and it's a great size for my 5 year old son. He should be able to fit what he needs in it for kindergarten. Happy with the purchase!

Nice backpack my preschooler used it for the first time today. Fit everything she needed. My only issue is the zipper to the big main compartment is catching on the fabric and jamming. This is our second one the company did contact me and let me know to check our 1st one for any stitching issues. It did have an issue and they refunded us right away which was awesome. Hoping this second one doesn't become too annoying or a problem for my little one at school.
