I am editing my review. I am blown away by the customer service of this company! The owner saw my original review and pictures and personally reached out the me. They brought up the issue with quality control and she sent me a new board that she looked over herself before sending. The new board is perfect and I love it!! I hope the issue with quality control has been fixed and this does not happen to anyone, but know that this company has amazing customer service.Original review: one starHorrible quality! I’ve had to buy two of these and both have come defective or damaged. The first had a crack in the frame that was obviously tried to be fixed but it didn’t work. I returned and reordered only to be disappointed again! The second one came and the felt is starting to come up in the corner. I will not be trying a third time. It also really stinks when you first open it and I’m not a fan of the weird bubbling on the frame. Super disappointed

This was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a letter board for a baby girl's birth announcement and they sure delivered. It came with an awesome assortment of letters, numbers and symbols! The felt was great quality, not that cheap stuff from the craft section. The frame was a good weight and the "distress" wasn't out of control. A good balance and it looks beautiful!!!However there are two things I would change. The smell, before I even opened the box I got a good whiff of this chemical smell. Similar to E-6000 (the glue). It wasn't too overpowering and i'm sure if I leave it out of the box it will go away. I craft so i'm used to this kind of smell. The second thing is the quality of the stand. It's plastic and feels very flimsy, like if you put too much pressure it will break. So be careful because that part.Overall I still give 5 stars because this is an excellent item and worth the money. There is tons of other letter boards but this one has the quality, accessories and the set up that others can't compete with. It also was packaged perfectly is bubble wrap and a box. I loved this so much I bought it again in black for myself! I love love love this!

This letter board is gorgeous! it arrived in a nice box, with a pretty muslin bag for all the letters. I am impressed with the great number of letters, numbers and special characters that came with it. Of all the sets I looked at on Amazon, I kept coming back to this company because theirs looked the best, and I loved the teacup! The back of the frame is nailed in, and the frame itself is solid and beautiful. The felt on the board is super smooth and the letters are very sturdy and well made. You do need to clip them apart but honestly, for the quality of everything else I didn't mind at all. I actually found that helpful because it gave me the chance to see everything that was there. The owner is also a really sweet person and wonderful to deal with!! I contacted her with a question and she was quick to respond. I highly recommend this product and the seller!!! Absolutely LOVE this felt board.

This is definitely a quality letter board! I've got several felt letter boards so I'm quite familiar with the range of sub par to great quality letterboards. The red felt of the "vampire blood" color is a gorgeous rich red--very blood-like 😉! The wooden frame has a good shabby, vintage appearance. I initially wasn't sure if I'd really like the "shabby-chic" frame but it really looks great in person--not cheap looking. The felt feels and looks great. The letters fit very snug and tight--not so tight that it's difficult to remove the letters. There is a stand attached to the back of the letter board if you want to stand it upright on a table, mantle, etc. The white letters provided has a more boxy, rectangular helvetica font appearance than the standard letters provided with other letter boards that have rounded edges. I didn't cut the letters that came with this letter board yet but they look good with sturdy pegs. In my picture, I used letters I got from an Etsy shop and another Amazon seller. I'm really happy with this letter board and will be looking to purchase the mini versions from this seller.

My best friend loves the color mint, the blue tones and the green. What I received was exactly what is in the photo, it's nice quality, it is sturdy as well. I got this for her for Christmas, I opened it up and put a message on there for her so I decided to take the letters and numbers and stuff off the things they were on, it was a bit difficult to do and it hurt my fingers a little but it was definitely worth it and she loves it! I even go to her house and it's right next to her TV, it always has different messages on it, too!

Beautiful rustic board with a huge variety of letters & emojis. ♡ this will be a fun family addition during the quarantine. Everyone gets a quote a week...not sure this is a good idea w/ teen boys.😳 All the same, this is a high quality felt board w/ a huge variety of letters! So happy with this purchase!

I love being unique so this beautiful grey felt letter board gives me the freedom to write anything I want while looking classy! The board and frame are well crafted and the letters are easy to work with. They stay snug inside their spots and plenty of room for longer phrases. I get compliments on my letter board all the time! Best impulse buy ever! Here’s a pic of what it currently says as I decorate for Halloween.

Perfect and adorable. Just as pictured. Came with plenty of letters. Those are obnoxious to cut out, but I don't intend to do that all at once, just as needed. Letters stay put. Now I have a cute place to put my favorite quotes instead of on a post-it on my mirror. I also ordered this company's matching 12x16 gray felt board for special occasions, and though I have not pulled it all out, it looks to be just as good quality as this one. I would buy this again. Would make a great gift!

Love everything about this. The packaging was perfect and secure with bubble wrap. Love the distressed look, it goes perfect on my corner shelf, Fort is nice quality and doesn’t look cheap at all, I saw this same frame at a greenhouse for double the price!I love it exactly what I was expecting !If you want a frame that is cute country distressed I wouldn’t hesitate to buy this,So in love, can’t wait to do my baby announcement on this ❤️Thank you !

I am absolutely in love with my letter board. It arrived in perfect condition and earlier than expected date which was so nice. Lots of letters, numbers, & very cute emoji’s. Absolutely fell in love with this letterboard. I originally purchased one with an oak frame from a different company and retuned it within minutes of opening it... it wasn’t what I was looking for. But when I opened this beauty it was amazing and high quality! I’m very particular and it passed the test with flying colours. It has tons of letters for anything you could possibly want to write; I doubt you would ever run out of letters. The letters are also high quality and stay in place nicely. Makes the perfect message board for my kitchen counter and is the perfect size! The whole family loves it. Best purchase in a long time.

When I got this package the box was a little damaged but not much, the stand for the board was broken, not sure if that was a result of the box being damaged or if it was already broken.I do have mine on a shelf against a wall so I do not need the stand but something to keep in mind if you are ordering.The letters are a little flimsy, so handle with care or you may have tabs break off. Not a bad product, I do like mine but it is not a super high quality which is expected since it is fairly cheap.Would recommend, especially if you do not plan on changing it too often.
