I am so glad that I didn't pay attention to a few negative reviews regarding not hanging straight and not being able to untangle. Right off the bat, I didn't understand one not being able to untangle them. That's something that may normally happen in shipping and also in a strong wind. I'm not even sure it took a whole 30 seconds to untangle mine. But the reviews that stated they don't hang straight is something that did cause me to pause over this purchase. I really am baffled that any adult would write this. It was obvious as I held it up by my finger, there was a ball on top of the chime that you can adjust, (by sliding up and down) to where it hangs straight. Near as I can figure they just changed their mind about purchasing the chimes. As for me, I'm extremely pleased with the chimes. They're beautiful and make a very pleasant tinkling glass kind of sound.

The tone is beautiful, love the color and design, excellent workmanship. I bought this for my daughter and she absolutely loved it. Loved everything I mentioned above and will enjoy for a long time to come. Thank you, thinking of buying one for myself.

This is the second one of these I have purchased. I enjoy the sound of the chime. The quality is superb.My first one is still holding up well, just a little faded from the sun.

I couldn't believe how messed up the strings we're. They were crossed over from different lengths, even though they had rubber bands separating them. Had to take them out of the bands and separate. Then the string on the top was uneven, had to retire that to hang. Otherwise live the look and sounds.

I absolutely love this wind chime. The sound is so beautiful and delicate. Its very lightweight (not cheap, just lightweight) so even the slightest breeze makes music. It’s just what I was hoping for

Pretty! Perfect for enclosed porch. I brought two of them (gold color) and glad I did. Don't think its a good idea to leave them out if it rains on it, wood part of it won't last in the elements all the time in my opinion.

A well-made wind chime, easy to set up & pleasant to listen to. I've had two for several weeks (including some really windy days) and they have not gotten tangled up

This windchime is beautiful and has a really lovely sound to it. We put it out in the garden and it is really adds to the magic of the place.
