We had an issue with the headphones after more than a year of ownership and asked their support team about it. The company totally stood by their product and sent a replacement pair. I’ll be ordering another pair for our 2nd kid when the time comes because of their customer service.

This review has been long over due , and was absolutely necessary after the service I received from Puro. After about 8 months of using these headphones unfortunately we had an issue with the left side going faulty . I emailed Puro and they responded to my concerns almost immediately . Within a week I had a new headset complete with supporting accessories sent to us , No hassle . I can truly appreciate a Company that can stand by the quality of their product and by extension the service they provide . Prior to my issue , these headphones performed flawlessly , they are not too loud for my son which was my major concern . Thank you Puro you now have a customer for life !!!

This was not loud enough for the airplane, but it would be loud enough for a class setting.

Did the research and arrived at these. Purchased for use mainly for school based and remote learning but also for rec time, and are very pleased with the purchase/impressed with the product.Sound limiting function gives us peace of mind and are not constantly checking to make sure the volume on the tablet is not too high, whether for learning, music or gaming. Bluetooth is reliable and the option to hardwire is great for school based use. These Headphones look great and perform even better. Thanks !

My son has hearing issues. Not enough to need a hearing device but enough that he has a hard time hearing his tablet especially when other noises are going. He loves these. They protect what hearing he has left while still being loud enough for him to listen to his videos. They seem like great quality and were easy to set up. Highly recommend

These headphones are excellent and very comfortable. My 5 year old loves them and because they are volume controlled I am not worried about his ears getting exposed to very high levels of noise.The company stands behind its products I contacted customer service and the response was almost instantaneous.

Head phone parts made of plastic and apparently break fairly easy. My son only used while in school occasionally, and the cheap plastic part broke. Why plastic? For $70 dollars, I expected better quality.

I bought these headphones after a favorable review on a trusted review site. The first pair stopped working within months of purchase, so I thought perhaps it was aggressive use (10 year old daughter) and purchased another. The second pair went down quickly as well (mostly sound degrading and alone available on one side).Unless I received a bad batch / factory run, stay away from these headphones!

Excelente producto. Muy buen acabado y calidad de sonido. De momento son solo dos días utilizándolos y no puedo valorar su durabilidad pero hasta ahora estoy encantado.

Nous avons acheté ce casque pour notre fille.J'ai longtemps hésité entre le bleu ou le rose. J'ai fini par opter pour le bleu de peur que le contour blanc du rose ne vieillisse pas bien ( jaunissement du au soleil , tâches ... )Nous l'utilisons lors des longs trajets en voiture afin de lui permettre de se divertir avec la tablette.L'utilisation de ce casque sans fil est très pratique. Je ne regrette pas l'achat d'un sans fil. Le fil pouvant être placé également si besoin ( avec sa lunii par exemple )

Sowohl unsere 7-jährige Tochter als auch unser 10-jähriger Sohn sind sehr zufrieden mit den Junior Jams Kopfhörern. Die Verarbeitungsqualität ist hochwertig und gut, es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Die Verbindung über Bluetooth klappt schnell und unkompliziert, ein rundum tolles und vorbildliches Produkt.

Exactly as advertised, sound great love them

The quality is very good for toddler headphones. It is made with a metal frame so it does become heavy sometimes, but the durability is amazing on these. I do appreciate how the headphones fold for storage. So far these are holding up for my 4 yr old. They're easy to pair and connect to different devices, even my son can do it. They can be worn wireless and with the wire which was a great feature. They're not too loud and they do max out the volume for toddlers. I bought these as his Christmas gift and they're still working no problem. They'll save your sanity for not hearing his baby-shark songs on repeat. Highly recommend!
