Definitely enhanced memory recall and focus. Dream recall was enhanced overtime. Noticed better proficiency when articulating words during speech as well. My personal regiment is one dose of two-pills twice weekly for two weeks in a row to test and began noticing immediate benefits as mentioned. Then took the next two weeks off; dosed again, the following two weeks and experienced improved memory and speech articulation again.I recommended Alpha GPC to my brother and after he tried he also came back with the same benefits as well. The results may very from person to person but from my personal experience I recommend at least giving this a try for maintaining high cognitive function and memory health.

Wow this supplement really helps with experiencing clear thinking and wakeful clarity. I purchased them to support lucid dreaming and they have substantially helped me in their ability to increase vividness of dreams and dream recall. I become lucid in my dreams 95% of the time when I take one before going to sleep. The dose is to take two capsules but my body only needs one before going to sleep and it supports my endeavors for lucid dreaming. I find that taking two increases the vividness of my falling also experience but it does not necessarily support my attempts in lucid dreaming because the effects of the intensity wear off - my body simply doesn’t need that much at one time. So I take one capsule and it really helps. I also now and then take a capsule in the morning to experience the clarity it provides in thoughts before I start my day. This is really a great product the combination of these two Uridine and Choline seem exceptionally powerful and potent together. Great stuff!!!

I've been taking this with phenylpiracetam and oxyracetam as a fuel source for several years. I will take this first before the nootropic on an empty stomach for maximum absorbtion. I will then then hold the racetams under my tongue. It definitely works and i rarely have any adverse side effects. The effects can vary depending on what i've eaten and how hard i've worked. Also the quality of my thoughts. This has also enhanced exercise sessions in my experience. Also take note that I do not drink or smoke and i'm not an egomaniac or pessimist like some of the negative reviewers seem to be. For even more energy i'll combine this with coffee and eleuthero. I'll be feeling extremely alert for 7+ hours. With phenypiracetam i can feel that for days. I'm 43 years old and work indoors as a digital artist. I figured these details could help.

I’ve been using various nootropics from different brands over the years. Alpha GPC was often a component of some of those. I had ordered a box set that included uridine and alpha separately but never took them together. Having them both in one is such a smooth time saver. You get all the alertness, focus, and recall you expect from good nootropics at a very reasonable price. I will say for me personally I’m very sensitive to most any substance, and if I take the recommended 2 capsules at one time I find it disturbs my sleep in a similar fashion to caffeine. But one in the morning provides something similar to Adderal, except without the euphoria and strain on blood pressure.

I have used this product of over a year. And I started with just 1 pill, recently I went up to 2 and it was having very bad effects. I guess it was having bad effects from the start (I should have stopped sooner) but it got really noticeable over a long time and with larger doses. It was ruining my sleep and making my mind feel very foggy and difficult to concentrate, and had a negative impact on my overall cognition.There are 2 big problems with this supplement.1) I don't reccomend taking this form of choline, alpha gpc. From what I understand it readily crosses the blood brain barrier and goes straight into your brain which is not good because you're body should be regulating how much choline it needs in the brain rather than forcing it in unnaturally. I started taking phosphatydl choline (not sure if spelling is 100%), this the same form you get from eating high choline foods like eggs. I feel MUCH better since starting that form. From my understanding this does not readily cross the blood brain barrier which is natural and ideal because it allows your body to regulate the choline levels in the brain naturally through the natural pathways that have evolved over thousands and millions of years, in the amount and form the body needs. Forcing it in unnaturally is not a good idea and for me lead to a bad outcome.2) Uridine. The safety and long term effects of uridine are unclear with covert little data and studies. Supplementing with uridine is what I would consider highly experimental at this phase and I'd rather not be a test subject. And I have also taken choline without uridine and I don't think the uridine had good effects, rather lots if bad ones. I wouldn't take uridine again after my experience with this supplement. It has effects on you RNA. Your body makes it's own uridine and I'd rather leave it up to my body to naturally synthesize it's own uridine in the quantities and forms it needs as it sees fit.Overall the long term effects of taking this supplement have been not good and got worse with higher doses. I switched to phosphatydl choline and feel a night and day improvement in my mental clarity, sleep and overall feeling of well being. I strongly reccomend you take that and NOT this.
