I received the product in very good condition, good quality or design.

All good!
The product was delivered and 'is' in quite a healthy state. The metal body is quite resistant to scratches as well as cracks or dents. The sound is quite audible at high volume - even around your whole home. It claims to have many songs though, however, some of them are just repeated 'singular line slokes' by a person with the same voice. Rest, its all good.

Stopped working 45 days after receiving. Very sad quality.

This chanter is reciting every sloga once only on continuous play.so it is not upto our expectation.
There are 40 slogas in the chanter. While playing continuously it is reciting every sloga only once and moving to the next. So that it is not meeting our expectation

Beautiful gift
I loved the product but the description that it’s auto is wrong . The change of mantras is manual.neverthless I loved the product because the sound quality is superb and the mantras are very clearly audible . Thank you Moira and Amazon 🙏🏻🙏🏻👍🏻a small correction...actually there is a button which plays all the 40 mantras in auto mode as well! that was a very surprise and pleasant discovery :) Thanks once again

Dislike the sound quality, price also high for this product for this quality & volume control also waste........totally wrost quality & main mantras is not available.......Zero quality
