OCEAN PEARL Mens Striped Bathing Suit Swim Trunks

I saw a lot of reviews saying the size is too small. I find it perfect. I have a 30-inch waist and for the last few years I've been wearing jeans size 29 because American clothing seems to be becoming bigger. I don't know if this is psychological on the part of clothing companies to make Americans feel better about their increasing size. But regardless, to me, this pair of trunks is the true size according to tape measurement.The design looks good, and it fits great. I haven't worn them to the beach yet so I can't tell how good of a quality they are. I will update my review if things turn out negatively. But just upon inspection, I am very pleased with the purchase.Update: I still like the trunks. But the quality is not great. I bought 2 pairs and after a few usage, both have stitches that are coming apart. :(

String tie does not go all the way around (it's just for looks), so it's just an elastic waist band - not ideal for fast swimming, diving etc. Material, craftsmanship are average.

I wore it once for five minutes and discovered a rip (see pic). In addition, I purchased one size too large as suggested and found the suit too large in the waist, but normal fitting elsewhere. There are sizing and quality issues with this garment.

These swim trunks actually fit perfectly and were true to size. I bought them as a gift and my nephew absolutely love them. He loves the style, the pockets, in fact, he loves the whole design. He liked them so much he's thinking about getting them in other colors, as well.

It runs small. Usually swim trunks are too big for me as I'm small framed but this was just too small and I felt like they would rip when I moved my legs up and down. I saw plenty of warning reviews on here to get a size bigger and I was too stubborn to listen, My fault!

I liked the style of the trunks, but the sizing is not even close. I wear medium stuff (32-33 waist). Based on the reviews I bought a large. Even this was too small. The waist was ok, but the interior of the trunks rubbed part of my skin raw. I am considering buying an extra large. The large I bought is going to Goodwill.

Nice blue color. Draw string to help prevent falling off. Husband says netting is not to tight like some other brands we have bought. Material is very light weight.

Very cheap quality, I will be returning mine. It came with holes in 3 of the pockets. The drawstring does not tighten them at all, so if it's not a perfect fit you will pulling your shorts up all day.
