They send me a wired pair instead of wireless. And i sent them back. Got a full refund. I already have a pair of these. But the volume control broke. Id had them for a GOOD few years. Dropped them many many times and no issues. Must have dropped them one too many times and buggered the volume. It got fixed on max and they can be LOUD. I just wanted the same pair again because i honestly love em. I have a big head and they fit very losely but thats what i like. I wear em one ear on n one off. Mic was decant quality. Headphones cushion are a solid 11/10 for comfort. Would wear them litteraly all day and ears woupdnt get that hot sweaty feeling you get on a naf pair of headphones. And the range was perfect. I could take the bins out and still hear my videos. Honestly would buy them again but i decided while the refund was being processed to try another pair. The new ones arnt as good so ill probably wait untill this faulty pair complaetly breaks and the volime controle through playstation dosnt pick up the slack anymore. Then ill just buy these again.I cant comment on if the sending wired instead of wireless was a gwnuine mistake or intentional. Its the internet after all. But honestly the boxs are identical. I even didnt notice it said wired untill my partner mentioned it. Very easy mistake to make i just cant definitivly comment on it as ive seen others in the comment having that same issueBut 5/5 all day everyday for thenheadphones themselves

These are comfy and light which is really important for me personally. Audio is great for the price with some bass. Overall worth the money. Couple things annoy me because I use this headset for PC. There's mic feedback when I talk, so my voice is being played through the speakers. I can't find a way to turn that off. Another thing would be PC software to manage it. I can't tell what state the battery is at and software would help with both issues. Also the charging port is Micro USB, which has tendencies to break.

Great value for money! Mic is clear and battery lasts forever. They are also nice and light and do not hurt your ears at all!Highly recommended for gaming!

Headset very good for its price. Found it very comfortable and gives you warning when out of range or battery needs charging. Very impressed with it overall

I do like this headset, I think the sound and mic are great. I just don't understand why the playstation logo's are not on this set like the picture shows, it's supposed to be inside the ear and on the sides. I'd previously bought a headset for the nintendo switch from the same brand and they had the logos on, like the pictures show. I'm quite disappointed that they are plain, the reason I picked these over another pair were because of the PS Logo on them.

Not sure what I’m doing wrong with this product, it’s connected but there is a continuous beeping sound . Thought maybe low battery but had a long over night charge, not the distance as it’s less than 2 metre away. Thought a dodgy USB port so moved It. Still happens. Should it be directly plugged in the PS4?Anyway besides the irritating bleep, the sound is good. The Mic works well when not cutting out due to the beep and it sits ok on the head, slightly heavier than I imagined it would be.I’ll review again if the bleeping sound disappears!
