This thing is completely uselessStart from the packaging, when you see the box you know you in trouble, and the inside is every worse, cheap packing without any protection, you see scratches on the product and everything was loose, and the instruction was hopelessly cheap and not helpful, don't even bother to print steps with picturesNot sure what car it was based on for the design, my odyssey already have small cup holder, but it still loose and not secure, so if your cup holder can fit a US Large size fountain drink, then just forget about itThen is the fitting, its loose and easy to fall apart; when you put the screws together, it become difficult to adjust the angle since it won't fit tightly to the cup holder and you have to guess the angleJust keep the food in your hand or lap will be a better choice... spend the $20 buy few more meals...

I bought this for a Christmas gift for my father and he loves it. He can put anything he wants on it in the car.

I really like the concept of this item. The problem is the base is so small in diameter it would not fit in my Ford F-250 cup holders or my Kenworth T680. It is a great idea that comes in handy for eating, snacking while driving, laying change , toll receipts etc while going down the road. I did adapt it to my satisfaction by placing the base in a freezable drink holder. (See pic). I did have to lubricate the tray base to get it to slide into the holder due to the snug fit. I really like this tray but think several size bases should be included to fit various cup holders even if it cost a little more. UPDATE: Although my tweaking with the freezable can holder worked well in my Ford, it was a little loose in the KW cup holder. I was able to get a really snug fit by wrapping a elastic Velcro strap around the lower part of the can holder . I pulled the Velcro strap tightly as I wrapped it . (See pic) I then pushed the can holder in firmly. The tray hasn't moved or wobbled over several thousand miles.

I've been buying a lot of "junk" for my car recently. I even bought a  Car Laptop/Eating Steering Wheel Desk , which looked like a similar "junk", but surprisingly turned out to be actually useful. This tray, however, has potential and is great idea, but it is poorly executed.The biggest problem is the cup holder.There is NO WEIGHT on the cup holder... it's just hollow and not adjustable - HORRIBLE design. What this product SHOULD HAVE USED and would have made a MAJOR DIFFERENCE is using an adjustable true universal cup holder similar to this product here:  Universal Vehicle Cup Holder Adapter w/ Suction Mount ; some company out there should redesign and release one using those parts and it will totally take this one off the market. Unfortunately, this seems to be the only tray cup holder out there out on the market -- and it's a crappy one. Many people will be modifying this to actually fit/secure better in the cup holder because it's so flimsy.I read the reviews stating how it was total junk and how they threw it away... well, I don't doubt their review now. I believe also that one review claiming he's CEO and this is a "classy product" for his BMW has to be playing a joke/trolling with us. The gray colors and parts on this just says CHEAP. Nothing high quality about this.I actually got this because I wanted a mouse tray for my tablet (not for hamburgers and fries); I got a circular mousepad that fits perfectly in this. In the end, I find it gets in the way and adds too much clutter to the car.Some company should release one with a better universal cup holder and some aluminum tray, higher quality parts, and I would consider buying it.I wasn't expecting much when ordering this based on the reviews, price, and pictures, yet I still feel it is pretty bad. If you plan on using this, prepare to modify it to make it better because it is flimsy on its own. It's probably worth $1.

I will say for the most part it is not a bad product. However, when it comes to fitting it into your cupholder it is smaller so you will run into stability issues unless you have a smaller cupholder. In order for me to get it to actually stay in place are used one of those rubber wristbands from Spirit Halloween and just put one on it and it holds in place. The image with the yellow band around is the one that I am talking about that helped it to stay in place. I do not recommend putting anything really heavy on top of it. You can put a phone on it, you don’t want to put a heavy mug or your lunch bag on it because chances are it will topple over. If it didn’t have the issue of stability staying in the actual cupholder I would’ve given it five stars. Other than that it’s ok.

Worst piece of plastic garbage I've ever had in my car. First, the cup-holder portion isn't adjustable so it won't fit the larger cup holders in today's minivans and trucks. Second - you literally screw the holding bolt into plastic. there's no metal receiving nut so once you've adjusted it a couple times, it starts falling apart. The grips on the joints are not well defined and, to add insult to injury, the tray itself is very small.Don't waste your time with this one... keep moving.

The base doesn’t fit with the cup holder. It has no way of adjusting the base. The arm is not stable

Very flimsy and did not fit cup holder way to small not worth the money returned for refund very good idea pity it was not manufactured better

Its ok but not as stable once placed in your cup holder still it works
