I really, REALLY wanted to wear this mask for Halloween because I love cats and I wanted a mask that wasn't too horrifying to kids when trick or treating. However I received the item smelling absolutely awful. There is no way in hell (pun intended) that I could wear that mask for even 10 full seconds. And I'm the kind of person who can withstand strong odors usually. Anyway there is a note from the manufacturer that states to air it out for the odor to disappear. Well, it's been four days since I tried airing it out and there's not a single deviation from the original stench. It's a pity because if it wasn't for the smell, the mask looks cool. Sadly this is going to be returned.EDIT: The smell finally waned one day after I wrote this review. So I'm using the mask for Halloween. If you're going to purchase this mask in the future, purchase it several days in advance to the day you want to wear it so you have plenty of time to air out the awful smell.

Looks realistic except for the whiskers. They used the clear plastic tags that you find on clothing labels as the whiskers. It wouldn't be so bad except that they are way too short and look unrealistic. I took mine off and used my 3D printing pen to add better looking ones. The mask smelled like chemical when I first got it but the smell went away. It's also hard to see out the mask. I can never seem to properly align my sight with the eye holes. It's a fun mask to scare your friends or pets but I wouldn't wear this for an extended amount of time.

I loved the realistic look of the mask, had a very strong smell so I wiped the inside with soap and water and let dry. The inside whiskers kept going in my mouth which was very uncomfortable, I was only able to see well out of one eye and could hardly breathe. Overall it looked for pictures, but I couldn’t walk around in it.

MEOW!!!! I LOVE THIS MASK! It looks so awesome lol freaked a lot of people out on Halloween. And I will never forget the look on my poor cats face!!! Hilarious! Very realistic looking cat mask. Nowww the problems with it are: vision quality, hot breath, and inability to breathe. I couldn't see very well and it got REALLY hot from breathing and not getting much ventilation and oxygen : / pretty big issue. I made a few cuts to enlarge the openings which helped, but I was really bummed because I couldn't wear it for much of the night. If you'll be outside all night- you should be okay. But if you're going to be indoor- you might want to consider the problems I mentioned. It's really not a mask you can comfortably keep on for an extended time.

If you're trying to get a laugh by surprising your cat Don't! If you have a soul it will just make you feel guilty. My cat was terrified and wouldn't let me pet her for almost a hour after. I felt Terrible!!! It's been in the box ever since that day.

This mask had an unbearable chemical odor when removed from the package, and even after airing out for a couple of days, the strong smell persisted. It is difficult to get near this thing, and the overwhelming impression from myself and other people I showed it to is that it seems hazardous to breathe the air around this mask. I WOULD NOT BUY THIS FOR A CHILD!!! I cannot imagine putting this over my own face, much less a child's face. This product should not exist. I urge the manufacturers to reconsider the materials and methods used to make this, because it seems harmful to a person's health. I typically would not write such a strong negative review, but in this case I feel it might be helpful.

High quality, fit my big head and my wife's little head. Easy to see from within

The eye slits are tiny and we had to cut them to be a bit larger for us to see anything. After a few minutes, the mask gets really hot and moist inside from your breath. However, it's so weird and creepy that it's definitely worth it for a quick Halloween fix. The little ones were extra creeped out by a giant cat giving out candy.

I'm so pleased with this mask!

It made my cats sh*t themselves, which was worth the money in my personal opinion. Also wore it out for Halloween which was a bonus.

Looks exactly like picture. Smells gross and airing it out didn't help, but most rubber masks stink so that was expected. Whiskers are odd, as you can see from the picture, but they're actually made from the plastic tag things that you use to tag clothing...so that's pretty cheap. But for the price it's a fine mask.

Not easy to see, need hands to recognize other party goers :) COVID-19 mask can be used inside or outside

The mask is so cool and freaky but has a terrible smell that must be aired for days.
