I like that this item came well packaged with bubble wrap. The power supply is well made, solid and it functions as expected. It is a plug and play - simple and does as expected.. It powered up my router :)

The adapter does the job, but there's a significant issue – I received it with scratches on the body, making it look used or refurbished. While I don't mind if it's refurbished as long as it works, the problem lies in the product being listed as "NEW" by the seller.This has left me feeling skeptical about the overall quality and authenticity of the product. It's essential for sellers to accurately represent the condition of their items to maintain trust and satisfaction among customers.

I needed a charger for my Orbi that was capable of handling 220V (charger supplied by Netgear was rated to 120V). Bought this. It works great (and its made by Netgear too).

The product is 2nd Hand but states new !!!I ordered 3 units 2 came looking new?3rd unit had dust on the power pins and the photo shows unit is scratched all over.I ordered new power supplies but received what appears now to be 3 2nd hand power supplies of unknown use or age.
