It helps.
I only use this occasionally, but when I need it, it works. It can be a bit uncomfortable if you don't use enough lubricant.

Very helpful for BMs with rectocele
This product is very helpful in having full bowel movements, my rectocele got worse with the birth of my 3rd child and I was having to use my fingers to splint to fully evacuate. It was annoying to have to wash hands before and after, and I find washing device and hands after to be better. The device was a bit bigger than I had first thought- but this is great as it helps push the tissues back into the rectum much better than my fingers could. It is not uncomfortable in any way, and the size is perfect. I rarely write reviews, but came to write this one. I’m in US and shipping took a bit, would be nice to have this product available in the US. It should be at pharmacies and drug stores everywhere.

Comfortable
This tool I purchased to help my anxiety during the bathroom. I am going to be honest, and I hope that my words help others in similar situations. This tool is meant for helping you go to the bathroom, this is not intended for people who expirience a rectal prolapse. I was excited when I heard about this product because for the past year the only way I could go to the bathroom even partially was the stick my finger up my rectum, hold it in place while pushing against a rectocele. This tool- is inserted vaginally- which means that if you have a prolapse- it will only push it out. Regardless of my experience- I still think this is an amazing tool that more women need knowledge on. I know the depletion of self respect and draining realization it’s time to go to the bathroom- and this product is amazing to even exist. Now, for the comfort of it, it’s smooth so there is no discomfort or pain from the actual texture of it. I will say, it’s awkward when first trying but the more you practice with it it becomes like riding a bike. Anyone that may have pelvic floor pain will feel a bit more of a pressure sensation when inserting, but when it’s glided in (with or without the sterile lubrication included) and you figure out how to maneuver it to push against the right spots, you will feel like a new woman and I hope gain more courage going to the bathroom. Just remember as weird or uncommon you think your situation is- there’s someone else out there who’s going through it as well.

It works and is discrete
I have some prolapse and difficulty going number two that is being rectified with physical therapy. Using my fingers in my lady parts to push out the stinky brown stuff works, but is just ick. This helps to push the stuff where it needs to go, which is out of my body. It is inserted inside the parts a man doesn’t have. You push the prolapse. This tool remains clean and the lovely pink color it comes to you as. No stinky mess on you, this, or the flush handle. Win! Hopefully the community understands that this is a medical device, and reviews without specific body parts isn’t realistic.

Doesn't work that well
Embarrassing review; I will admit that I had high hopes for this, but honestly my fingers work better.

Great for helping realign colon processes for stool passage from a weak pelvic floor.

This device has potential!
Even though I have what experts say is a "small" rectocele, I continued to have a lot of discomfort. I was manually "splinting" in order to evacuate, so I decided to try this device. The shipping is higher than expected because it comes from the UK. But it only took 7 days for delivery. I used it once and have to say that for the first time in months, I felt I had fully expelled what I needed to. Sorry if that is TMI, but for those suffering from rectocele, this might help you to feel better! The device itself is smaller than I thought it would be, and could even be discreetly carried in your purse. Leaving four stars, as I have only used it once... will come back and update if I have additional information.
