Item does not come in a sealed bag/package, just stuck in a flat box, meaning it could be contaminated by the person that packed it. The inner of the mask is a simple piece of cloth, that is not attached to the outer (around the edges), meaning anything can get in through the vent holes at the front of the mask.Completely useless. :(

The mask seems good enough for its price, but:The design with just one band tied at back does not work: It slides all the time with my hair.also , the velcro used has not a strong fixing, seems cheap.size is for children. I can't breath with this.

could been better quality. it's way too big around head can't close it as its for a giant head. then filter lining is very sharp cutting my face and nose. the filters are so close to your mouth too. quality not the best for the price I was hoping for better quality. would only paid 6£ for it. not 18£. plus it could had better fitting around face./mouth

This isn't the worst mask in the world, but it's close. It only has one tie, so it doesn't stay on the head no matter how you velcro it: the design is quite bizarre. The inner mask is also not sewn into the outer mask, which means that theres several large holes for grit and dust to fly through. The small plastic filter plugs don't work either: they don't open or close as the instructions suggest. In the end, to make it work, I sewed the inner mask to the outer mask with heavy duty thread (it now look like a Blue Peter attempt) and added a layer of filter fabric of my own. I then wear a massive hat to pin the mask to my head. All in all, it's been a 'stone soup' experience: I may as well have made my own, really.

Came in a cardboard box, the mask wasn’t even in a plastic bag so could be contaminated with coronavirus by who ever pack it. Poor quality. Very disappointed

This would be a good mask if it stayed on your face. Unfortunately the velcro straps do not hold the mask securely as they slip at the back of your head and pull the mask down. I. Effect the mask is rubbish and a waste of money so unlikely to be able to use it.

I was actually ready to return this item, but this was down to good old user error! Nothing to do with the product. In fact I will go a step further and say this is actually very comfy and offers much more protection than some of the disposable ones. Personally I would rather by non disposable ones than disposable for environmental reasons. And these masks (I bought 2) are perfect. Some may prefer the ones that hook onto your ear, but I have found that some can actually annoy your ears. Not all I admit but that’s a review for another product. These masks are great and very good value for money. Highly recommended.
