Peterson Avocado Roll Up Tobacco Pouch

HAVE CHECKED ALL/ALL ARE GREAT AND WOULD NOT HESITATE TO REORDER..

This is the second tobacco pouch I've owned so far. The previous one was a Mr. Brog, so that will be my point of comparison.In most respects, it compares well. The leather is quite supple, more so than my well-used Mr. Brog. I like the color, and I like that the Peterson logo is not plastered on the outside, and is not visible until you unfold the pouch. (The Mr. Brog logo is front an center when its pouch is closed.) The lining seems comparable in execution between both pouches, which is good.There is one significant weakness, in my opinion, which cost this pouch two stars: there is nothing to retain closure. The Mr. Brog pouch has a pair of flat magnets sewn in the lining, which seems an excellent solution. The Peterson pouch relies wholly on the folding, which is fine when it's in a pocket, but what about if I drop it on the floor? How much is a pair of magnets?I'm tempted to transfer the magnets from my defunct old pouch, but then I'd have to redo the stitching, which I'm not thrilled about because the pouch is otherwise well-made.

I like it, it folds odd when it is full of tobacco, but I believe it just needs some breaking in. Perfect for what I need. The inside lining is great for preserving humidity.

This is my third Peterson tobacco pouch. I've loved my first two, this one is of far substandard quality. No longer made out of leather like the description claims but rather a cheap vinyl. Much lower quality production.I am returning it now.

Bought this for my husband...he has been using these pouches for years and has worn through several. He said this is the best one he has ever had. Seems to be well made and very durable.

Lovely pouch. Good quality leather.

Could be narrower!
