Wiper linkage push rod set Wipex Kit No41

I bought Fiat linkage from Wipex last week 22/08/12) but has not arrived. Their contact number 01684-569733 returns an electronic message saying WE ARE NOT HERE NOW. Do you have any alterantive phone numbers for Wipex by any chance that I could try. It's worrying a large company like this can be so offhand to their customers, who are only trying to find out what has happened to their order. It almost gives the impression they are on a runner, along with the customer's money! Stop Press. Problem now solved. Owner had been on holiday but a simple solution would have been to let existing customers know this. Product is fine and a much cheaper alternative than a complete wiper motor unit which alone costs approx £140.00. It would be five stars without the initial difficulty.
