I've been using the PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches for a couple of weeks now, and I gotta say, they’re pretty awesome. If you’re like me and get those annoying surprise pimples, these patches are a lifesaver. They’re super easy to use—just pop one on at night and let it do its thing while you sleep.The patches are made with hydrocolloid, which is a fancy term for a material that sucks up all the gunk from your pimple. It’s like magic! I noticed my pimples were less red and way smaller in the morning. Plus, since they’re fragrance-free, they don’t irritate my skin, which is a big win for me.One thing I really appreciate is that they’re a bit thicker than other patches I’ve tried. I know that sounds weird, but it actually helps them stay on better overnight. I’ve had issues with patches falling off before, but not with these.On the downside, because they’re a bit thicker, they’re not totally invisible. So, I wouldn’t wear them out during the day unless you’re cool with people seeing them. Also, with 40 patches in a pack, they last a while, but if you’re dealing with a lot of breakouts, you might go through them quickly.Overall, I’d give these a solid 5 stars. They’re effective, easy to use, and a great addition to my nighttime skincare routine. My absolute favorite pimple patches!! They stick so well and definitely do their job! I like these a lot more than the Hero brand that I had been using. I also love that they have a smaller and bigger size. This might seem silly but the way they are packaged and are supposed to be opened is very nice and convienent as well. These are cheaper than Hero but definitely do a better job. You'll definitely get your money's worth!!

I was skeptical at first never used a pimple patch, but they work really great and I like that. They’re not these crazy designs that are loud it’s very subtle when you wear them out you can’t really tell if it’s there unless you’re really close up in person like right up on them.

Does exactly as expected, heals the skin quickly, easy to remove and great price vs the stores.

I just recently bought another brand that contained tee tree oil which is good for bacteria so I thought it would be better. Used for almost a week with no results. PanOxyl in just 2 nights and the zit was cleared up completely. This is by far the most effective patch ever. It doesn’t leave any residue when removed.

Ok, I'm being generous with my ratings, I've given all face patches the same. There's always something ultimately not worth it. They are all temporary fixes that weaken the skin barrier and cause the skin to over-compensate. I had to use these for over a year of constant purchases. So much money wasted. I had a tough lesson where nothing worked so I had to stop buying these. They just made my skin worse. If that's not the case for you, then congrats. For me, I had to go the route of ancient/traditional remedies. NORSE. Nordic remedies. With plants that have over 1000 years of proven healing abilities. My skin fixed itself in 2 weeks. Back to what it looked like before I used these high chemical products. As much as I used these before and they were so helpful at one point, I needed it to be known that ultimately, these did more harm than good.
