Love this book has a page to keep track of everything, I use it all the time

Wonderful journal
First, I love the color. I love that it has two ribbons so I can keep track of different parts of the journal. The layout is simple and fits my needs. I do wish there was space to log snacks (it currently only has breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but I do eat between my meal so it would be nice to have space for that as well). But overall, it's a wonderful journal to keep track of my physical activities, food intake, and a few other things as well without getting overwhelmed.

Hard to write in it.
It’s hard to write in. I find the food journal boxes are too small. I really love the layout and the book over others. But it’s hard to write in it. So for me it’s not as usable as I’d like.

Good general journal
My wife exercises, but isn’t fanatical with progress of weight, reps, etc. She keeps track due to illness, & this is a useful journal for her.

Fantastic health fitness and wellness journal
Really pleased with this journal. It allows you to set out you health fitness and wellbeing goals in 6 months time and then splits this into monthly goals with weekly challenges and steps to success. Really helps with focus and accountability.
