Nicely padded
I use this pad to rest my arm on when using my mouse. It keeps my elbow off the desk, preventing soreness later. I use my computer a lot and I was having significant elbow pain. This pad has been the only thing to help, by preventing the pain. It is nice and thick with lots of padding on the top to cushion my arm and hold my elbow about a half inch above the desk. It works!

Surprisingly comfortable
I rest my elbow on my desk enough that I knew I needed a more comfortable way to do that. When I first took the item out of the box, I thought it probably wasn't going to help much because of how firm it is. But since then I have used it, alternating between protecting my wrists and protecting my elbow and I haven't had problems with the hardness of my desk since. It's easy to move around and provides just the right amount of support without being so big that it's in the way. It also has pretty good slip resistance, so it doesn't move around unless I move it.

A lifesaver
I needed something to rest my elbow on while I drew on my display tablet, and I’m glad I went with this one. Very comfortable and well-cushioned without being too thick or tall. Also stays in place well while still being easy to move aside when needed.

Helpful for bursitis from sitting at a desk all day
This is helpful for me and instantly made a difference but it's still a bit firm if you're like me and reacting to a problem you're already experiencing rather than trying to prevent a problem.I still use it but with it had a 1/4" on top of extra soft material.

great quality... a must have
First of all the quality is top notch. Since I spend a lot of time video editing on my computer this elbow pad has been a lifesaver! Super comfortable, especially for extended amounts of time. Plus the non slip surface underneath is an added bonus, and the entire pad is easy to clean. Very happy with this purchase.

Buy two for both arms.
Just received 1. I bought these based on the pictures of the product. I will have to order another one. Does not make sense to buy one if you have two arms.
