I wanted to try this because I like their hair creme but this is too pricey for such a small bottle and it doesn't hold long.

This product does not hold up like other dry gels I have used. This only has one ingredient also compared to others that work better with a few more added to them. If you have longer hair (3 inches or longer) I would not expect much hold from this.
