It didn’t help with my blood pressure at all

I feel better after taking it for awhile. I will say that a side effect is being gassy. I feel the need to burp and it also comes out the other end. The smell of those isn’t amazing, but it’s worth it.

THIS STUFF WORKS MY BLOOD HAS STAYED REGURAL I EVEN WAS ABLE TO GET MY regular blood pressure medication, Lower, started at 10MG and was reduced to 5MG

I’ve been on them about 3 weeks and haven’t really noticed a difference in BP , but I haven’t had any side effects, they haven’t given me any garlic breath or burps. I’m going to give them several more weeks to see if I feel any different , but so far it’s all the same.

I have been using this product for years and it is great at keeping your blood pressure in check. Very easy to swallow since its a small pill.

I have been using this for 6 months to lower my blood pressure. Unfortunately, it has not done anything for me to lower it and I have to now see my physician regularly to work on it. Maybe someone else has a different experience than me. I do like that it is affordable and the taste isn't bad. I did not experience any side effects from it from what I can notice. I want to be fair and went down the middle for my review of this item with a 3.

These really work and did not cause me any stomach issues. Highly recommend.
