I don’t normally write reviews but I think that others might find this useful.I started taking NMN about a year ago and it made me less tired so I could get to the gym for a workout on days that I didn’t feel like it. On a physical level, I felt like I had more energy so wasn’t as tired which made a huge difference in the winter. But on a mental level I noticed that I was more motivated in all aspects of my life and it felt like my brain had switched on and I was more upbeat than usual. I noticed that I had slowly started losing those last stubborn few pounds that are hard to shift when you get into your 40s and others noticed too. Must admit that I did stop taking it for a while because I forgot to include it in my daily regimen and only then did I realise the positive effect it has on me, so I won’t be doing that again. I have also tried multiple brands and noticed that some are better than others and it’s definitely reflected in the price (you get what you pay for!) but this brand is definitely the best I’ve tried so far. Plus, I like the fact that it’s been tested thoroughly so I know what I’m putting inside my body. I started with one tablet, as it’s more concentrated than other and then moved to 2 when I felt ready. My only gripe is the price tag but it’s hidden mental benefits makes it more than just a supplement and for this reason it’s worth every penny.
