Great for high visibility. Quality made. Fits loose and I think will fit nicely over a winter coat once we get into that season. I wore it over a tank top to run and it fits loose and was jiggling around my shoulders which I didn't expect but wasn't too much of a bother.

Nice vest but wrong size sent
Looks like a good vest however I ordered a small and got an extra large... very light weight. I need it for this weekend so oh well I guess
