This product really works
These really work for legs that are restless and for calming effect on the nerves. I only take one before bed at least an half an hour before bed. If you get stressed out it works for that too.

Toyota quality magnesium
This is best quality magnesium by far I call it comparable to Lexus or Toyota quality . The amount of bioavailability of the magnesium per capsule is large . Many people get magnesium glycinate not realizing that it’s 14% mag to 86% glycine . So you take 400 mg of regular mag glycinate it’s only 40 mg of elemental mag . This brand has 100 mg per capsule other brands have 17-32 mg per capsule and at the same price . Read your labels . Wellness resources is the best in supplement quality for over 37 years

Too big!
On the recommendation of my doc I ordered these. However they are much too big for me to swallow! I ordered chewables instead.
