The berry flavor is great!
It seems to help a little bit, seems to help keep me asleep, but getting to sleep still takes up to 3 hours most nights. It tastes great in milk but doesn't dissolve all the way and the glob left over is super tart. Don't like it in hot water at all.

Lead and other harmful chemicals present
Very happy to live in California and have the protection of California’s Proposition 65 warning labels or else I would be drinking lead.

Tastes good!
The taste as good a dissolve in water and then add milk and heat it.
