From what I've read it works very well for people who have clotting problems as it "supposedly" disolves clots. I had a small clot which lodged in my lungs, and they prescribed blood thinner Warfrin along with the side effects. Now I take Natto as a preventative measure....it cant hurt and I've been fine ever since. You only get good benefit from Vitamin K if it is MK7 (not MK4). I've been taking both for the past 4 years and I'm 73. The reason there is juch low cardiovascular morbidity in Japan is because they eat Natto (a form of specially fermented soy) and a certain enzyme has been isolated as the root benefit to heart health, and they named it 'Nattokinase'. It 'conditions' your blood is the best way I can describe it. MK7 serves an entirely different purpose along with Vit D3 (more lives could have been saved from COVID by promoting Vitamin D3, than by the multi-million dollar so-called 'vaccine').

Q: when is the expiration date for the product? or how long is the expiration date?

"I just got my second bottle about 2 week's ago".... and the expiration date is June of 2016,... so it has a shelf life of well over 2 years and this product is the best supplement that I have ever taken. It has made my health much better.
