Quality product for its price. It has everything that you want do at home to maintain the shape. Obviously this is not weights or dumbbells so lets not compare.

The product is cheap, which is why i bought it.BUT. when you sell a product please make sure you put a pic of exactly what comes in the box when you buy it.It shows a heavy duty Door anchor in the Image, but when the product arrived Door anchor was completely different.

Unacceptable for resistance training bands
Cheap product I was using yellow cord for resistance training and it broke with just one use. I have contacted Amazon for return. The packaging is poor just came in a black bag

First workout and the first band has broken....
Let’s see whether the other bands stand up a little better to a workout than the first (which literally lasted 5 minutes....). I can’t see this standing the test of time......
