I recently adopted a stray and have not yet been able to brush his teeth so I ordered these mint treats, with another brand, thinking one or the other would help his not-so-great breath get better. These treats were too large for him to be able to chew without my cutting them into four pieces, and I have to hide those pieces in his soft food so that he'll eat them. It's only been three days since I've been giving them to him (1-2 treats a day, as it says on the packaging), so there hasn't yet been any marked improvement in his breath.One of the ingredients is smoked fish, and that's what the treat smells most like, but it's not overpowering and I only know that because I smelled it to see if there was any mint scent.

I would love to find a dental care treat that all my cats would like, unfortunately, and not surprisingly, only 2 of my 4 cats will eat these. This seems to be the case with all the dental treats i have tried! These come in a very small bag, which is a good thing, so you won't be out too much if some of your cats don't enjoy them.

I was unsure my dog would like the mint taste. Because they are small and not too strong she will eat them. I am satisfied.

My dog loves these mints. That's why I recorded more for her. They are also a good treat for her.

Worked great for his breath

This helped my aging cats teeth and breath. Teeth cleaning is expensive. This product worked well.
