So I normally use the string floss but a girlfriend of mine told me about these sticks and I ordered them. I'm fully converted - they are easy to use and a lot less messy than the actual string floss. Some of the strings break sometimes, but I guess having to force them in between your teeth whilst trying not to cause trauma to your gum, you're bound to get some breakage. I find the sticks themselves sturdy and I like the fact that you don't have to touch the part you use on your teeth.
