I was transitioning to an intermittent fasting diet and needed to replace my Starbucks Carmel Macchiato super sugar blast creamer.I hate the taste of coffee and don’t need it to get going but started drinking it to start the day because of the health benefits.However I needed buku creamer to make that happen. I did some research and bulletproof sounded like the best option to replace regular creamer and I’m familiar with the name.I rolled the dice and bought the large size French vanilla flavored.Made my first cup this morning by following the directions and I’m impressed.Mixed well , kinda frothy and best of all tastes great. I love it.Now I can have my coffee and be healthier about it. Easily 5 stars.

I am so disappointed after trying the Bulletproof Coffee Mix as well as a separate bottle of the Brain Octane. After reading all of the wonderful reviews, I was super excited to add this to my keto regimen because people really seem to love these products. However, my experience was not good at all. After doing research on the possible side effects of gas, bloating and intestinal problems, I tried only half a packet of the coffee mix for the first few days and I instantly got painful gas and bloating so I stopped using it after four days. I then decided just to try the Brain Octane only, using just a quarter of a tablespoon for my coffee, thinking it may have been the ghee in the coffee mix that was the culprit affecting my stomach, but the gas and bloating got worse. In addition to my stomach issues, I wasn’t losing weight while on the Brain Octane or Bulletproof Coffee Mix. In fact, I gained two pounds. After another week of using the Brain Octane only, I had to stop using it altogether. Since I stopped using it, my stomach has lost the gas and bloating and I feel so much better. I do realize that every person’s body and experience is different, but I would caution people who tend to have sensitive stomachs or are prone to gas and bloating to be very wary of using this product.

I really enjoy Bulletproof creamers, especially the pumpkin spice. They're a bit sweet so I don't use a full serving. Use a frother to blend in to your coffee. Find my mind is much sharper with use.

I bought this in the process of losing weight, trying to find better alternative for a coffee creamer. I usually drink my unsweet coffee black in the morning but in the afternoon usually get this craving for sweet coffee, so this is a good alternative. I mostly enjoy it, although it has like that feeling of fake sweetener but nothing crazy. Also sometime is kind of hard to dissolve even on the hot coffee. overall I really like it, definitely feel the energy boost as soon as I drink it.

I decided to purchase this product as a sort of trial-run. Instead of investing in the parts separately (which is probably more cost effective if you are going to drink it every day, but I haven't actually done the math on how much), I went with the easy-to-use packets.I've had too many failed attempts (a HUGE thing of cholrella powder that I flew to Europe with to live at a yoga center where the fare was vegan/vegetarian only to never open it. I am the worst!) SO - to make giving the 16/8 method of intermittent fasting a real shot, I did the "know thyself" conversation and set myself up for success with the InstaMix packets.I've found that the morning grazing I formed a habit around is taken care of by a firm NO before noon. I wake up between 5:30 and 6am and so I was worried at first about how this would be, but my current plan has me having a bulletproof coffee around 7 or 8, and then eating between noon-8 and then fasting the rest. My stomach (that I'd expanded thanks to over a year at a yoga center where it was buffet style gourmet vegetarian and vegan food three times per day) now feels satisfied from less. I look forward to the first meal and I feel good.Also, the mix is super tasty. YUM.

The main reason I purchased this product was to have an alternate to my dairy creamer that I have always used. I was looking for something Gluten free to help my recent bloating issue, well.......it hasn't made a difference.I also haven't noticed having any more energy or helping with weight. I have been using the creamer for 3 weeks now.On a positive note, I was happy with the flavor (French Vanilla) however......this is not enough to buy again.I would like to address something that has been mentioned in lots of reviews that I read before buying.I noticed a lot of complaints with it being clumpy and hard to stir up. There is a very simple way to alleviate or at the very worst break it down almost completely.I would imagine most people add creamer AFTER the coffee has been poured (like I used to). If you add the powder BEFORE pouring the coffee, it will not be nearly as clumpy and in my case almost none at all.Another thing that can help with "clumpiness" is if you raise the pot higher than normal when pouring, this will aid in mixing. Should be quite simple when pouring into a mug, a tumbler is a bit more challenging but still very doable.

My Dad enjoys this in his coffee. He likes both the flavor and taste. We actually buy this as a nutritional supplement for my 82 year old father who has early cognitive decline. I personally have no data to back my perception; however, I believe that it helps him. He seems to have fewer days where he “feels stupid” (his words not meant me) and seems more present.
