Good and strong, and hold 5-6 ordinary (80gsm) A4 sheets without distorting. Minor downside is they're tricky to open up on first use.

Unfortunately these do not fit A5 Binder holes so I do not recommend this product

Dislike holes not cut properly they crease up.
