When I bought this water bottle, I bought it for running and power walks. I drink a LOT of water so maybe I should have found one with a larger capacity but this one works fine. I see a lot of reviews on here about the water tasting funny. Before I used mine, I rinsed it out with baking soda to eliminate any strange "rubbery" flavors and it tastes fine. I love that I have room to store my house key when the sketchy neighbors are home and I still have room for my energy chews, money and backup headphones. I couldn't fit my phone, but I'm blind and I have a huge phone (stylo 4 for reference). I imagine an iPhone would fit all day. The adjustable strap is a little silly for someone with hands as thin and long as mine. I really appreciate the thumbhole for this reason. I also may try putting a solid bottle inside just to see how it feels.Overall, I really like it and if you don't need much this is a nice low-cost option for hydration during exercise. I think it was really well made and I might buy a couple more for avid hikers in my family.

Bought for one time use for a trail run half marathon. I prefer the ones with a solid bottle shape after trying this. Hard to get the bottle in the carrying strap. But did work for what I needed that day.

This has been a great help for me when I am running. This unit DOES NOT leak! Not a drop!! When you drink (by biting down on the tip and sucking out water) the bottle shrinks, and no air gets in. My only issue is with the handle, which is at the top. This feels great when the bottle is full, but doesn't work so well while you are running and the bottle is partly full and the water is on the bottom. So, sometimes it's easier to run when holding the bottle upside down.

I love this light weight and durable water bottle but it would not be sufficient on a longer run without frequent water stops to fill up. I would recommend this bottle for shorter runs of 20-30 minutes or if you have a water stop or aid station every few miles. Also a good supplement to carrying a pack if you wanted to have other nutrition in this while keeping the pack bladder to just water.

After using your typical running bottle for years it took some getting used to a "bladder" style.The mouth piece is pretty stiff, but once I found the sweet spot the water flowed nicely.
